Iridium Racing® Spark Plug Specifications

  1. Terminal-Attachment Specifications
    The plug includes an attachable terminal, which is compatible with almost all plug wires throughout the world. This terminal nut can also be removed for vehicles, which do not require an attachable terminal. (Plug types with fixed terminal are also available.)
    Crimped specifications: IRE01, IW01 Fixed specifications: IWM01, IK01, IK02, IQ01, IQ02, IA01
  2. Built-in High-Reliability Resistor
    Iridium Racing plug specifications match all types of resistors. They also have a built-in monolithic resistor body for greater reliability. They reduce electrical interference in all types of electronic equipment.
  3. Anti-Corrosive Glossy Nickel Plating
    The housing has glossy nickel plating to provide a high level of corrosion resistance. In addition, this eliminates thread seizing, which can occur with zinc-plated plugs, and prevents any damage to the cylinder head plug socket.

Racing Plugs Individually Packaged in Plastic Cases
DENSO is the first spark plug manufacturer to package each plug individually in its own protective plastic case. The packaging securely protects the plug body and electrode and makes for trouble-free transportation to the track. In addition, each four–pack contains an Iridium Racing decal.
